The interface and functionality have been adapted to meet the specific needs of different departments, with an emphasis on optimization and efficiency.
User Research
Conducted interviews and workshops with future users from key departments to identify pain points, workflows, and specific functional requirements.
Visual Design & UI
Developed the application's visual identity, creating a custom UI-Kit and a scalable design system that ensured consistency across all screens. Designed high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes, integrating the new brand identity directly into the user interface.
User Research & UX
Conducted in-depth user research to define functional requirements and map core user journeys. Based on these insights, structured the user experience by creating detailed user flows and low-fidelity wireframes. The design was then validated and refined through iterative usability testing sessions.
