Vmeste is a mobile application designed to strengthen the cultural fabric of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. It serves as a central platform for residents and visitors to discover, book tickets for, and stay informed about local events.
Research & Analysis
Conducted research on regional municipal problems and the target audience. Analyzed competitors to identify key UX shortcomings: complex reporting, lack of request tracking, and no community features.
Structure & Planning
Developed core user scenarios and mapped detailed user flows for main processes: reporting an issue, tracking status, and organizing community initiatives. This created a blueprint for the app's logic.
Systematic Design & Prototyping
A scalable design system was built directly in Figma, starting with foundations (color, typography). Reusable component libraries (buttons, cards, inputs) with auto-layout and variants were created for efficiency. All key screens were designed using these components and assembled into a clickable interactive prototype to validate the user journey.
Final Refinement
The final stage leveraged the Figma design system for rapid adaptation of layouts across different screen sizes. The system was structured to easily accommodate future localization and branding changes. The work concluded with a polished, consistent, and fully documented interface ready for implementation.
